When you find yourself talking to your best friend for the last 19 years on a weekly basis, discussing what seems like a dictionary full of creative tools, and training courses…. Then one day you create your first website, having never walked down this road before and saying, it’s time to put these ideas to good use. Now, we’re no pro’s when it comes to building a website, we’ll admit that, but what we lack in website development we make up for in our experience within working with people! We already have some training courses which we have delivered, but want to continue to build on what we do, and coupled with our hands on experience, we believe to help evoke change, it’s a real big advantage to involve those with lived experience. Sharing stories, bringing work to life, discussing reality and not just SMART actions, but SMART outcomes, and realistic ways to help people change through empowering and motivating them. Having used Coaching and Mentoring for many years and studying these elements, not just for work but also as a tool to help be more productive, more resilient, this has helped us design and deliver some great pieces of work. Gaining positive feedback and hearing staff you have trained give you actual live, positive and impactful stories on their work with adults and young people, is extremely rewarding.

So, this year, in 2025 we really want to start building our business, showing what we can do. We will be doing some work on our website to help others understand what is on offer, but the real golden nugget is in the work and training which we offer. If you want to get on board and see how we could help your team, your staff, your families and you, then please reach out and let’s start talking. Building connection and strong rapport with people is what we do, this comes so natural to us hear at #CultureChangeWM so go on, drop us a message for your free no oblication training package.
